Per your request, I have calculated the success rate that has been demonstrated by graduates of your school on the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCE). Our records indicate that your candidates have demonstrated the following success rate:

|

Jan 1, 2004 - Dec 31, 2004 |
Winter Park, FL |

96.8% |
As a measure of your students' success, you should be aware that the aggregate success rate of first time candidates on the NCE during 2004 was approximately 74.05%.
These data are compiled using a 'pull' from a database. Consequently, there are sometimes factors (e.g. students submitting an inappropriate code number) that may have an impact on the data's accuracy, as well as the degree of efficacy with which it is used.
Due to the amount of time and effort that is required to calculate this statistic, NCBTMB will not provide you with a success rate again this year (in 2005). NCBTMB will not report raw performance or performance strengths and weaknesses relative to an area of content on the NCE. This statistic is now available to schools, as needed, through NCBTMB's test service provider, Thomson Prometric. However, please be aware that any statistic Thomson Prometric provides will only reflect students who have tested since August 1, 2002. To utilize this service through Thomson Prometric, please visit our website at www.ncbtmb.com.
Sincerely,
Tabitha Costello
