TESTIMONIALS FROM OUR HAPPY GRADUATES

Yesenia — Winter Park, FL — Central Florida School of Massage Therapy
Hello, my name is Yesenia. I graduated from CFSMT in 2015. This school is truly the Ivy League of massage schools. My life completely changed the moment I stepped foot into that School. The purpose in life found me. There were times I thought that I wasn't going to make it. I not only learned about massage but I learned about life lessons that can easily be passed on to any career. For the first time in my life I went to School, graduated, passed the test and was working within 2 months. I finally had a career that I was happy with. I'm very proud to say that I went to the Central Florida School Of Massage School…. cause everywhere I go people say that's an awesome school. I tell them back, I know!

Jaime — Winter Park, FL — Central Florida School of Massage Therapy
Hello world! My name is Jaime and I have been practicing Licensed Massage Therapy since summer 2016. It has been an indescribable journey. I have grown and healed myself as much as I've helped others, if not more. And the working conditions are a definite plus 🙂

Central Florida School of Massage Therapy has been responsible for awakening my passion for healing. It's more than a career. Mike is a fountain of knowledge and the faculty are all people you want to be lifelong friends with. I can't say enough for the program. It's industry leading in both traditional proven techniques and all the lastest tools to make you competitive.

My favorite part was the quality of the experience. Which was focussed on helping you grow as a therapist without the sea of classroom chairs. They work with industry leaders and have deep roots in Florida by far. I have been a student my whole life. You'll be settling for much less if you go anywhere else…

Shain — Winter Park, FL — Central Florida School of Massage Therapy
Going to Central Florida School of Massage Therapy was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I loved my adventure here and that's exactly what it was. I didn't think starting a new career in my early forties was going to be easy, but I was wrong. The enrollment process was easy and the in-house financing was awesome and affordable.

The program itself was easy to follow, but challenging at the same time. They will push you beyond your comfort zone and teach you what you need to know. They will walk beside you throughout your journey to made sure you succeed.

I set goals on what I wanted to do after graduation. I wanted to work in a spa to get the experience that brings, then I wanted to start my own business. I achieved these goals within six months of graduating this program!

If you're reading this then you're thinking about it. Don't think about, do it! I had so much fun in school meeting new people and learning new things. My classmates and I still meet for lunch and share our work experiences and laugh about the silly things we did in School.
You can't go wrong with this School. Sign up and start making your own dreams come true like I did. Good luck!

Keith — Winter Park, FL — Central Florida School of Massage Therapy
My time at CFSMT was one of the best in my life. There's never been a time that I was as eager to learn all that was put in front of me. I learned from all the professors based on their expertise, experience, and approach to massage. I continue to use that information and the range of modalities and techniques taught in every massage I give today. And the availability of night classes allowed me to go to School while still working a full-time job.

Tess — Winter Park, FL — Central Florida School of Massage Therapy
My name is Tess Falk. I am the owner of @ Peace Massage & Bodywork in Winter Park, Florida. I am a very proud graduate of the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy. I graduated in August 2010 from the night program, which forever changed the course of my life.

Prior to living my dream, I worked as a manager for Starbucks. I learned so much about customer service and business from this job, which set me up perfectly to create my own company. I have always loved working with and helping people, but I didn't feel fulfilled. I knew something was missing.

My husband, who is also an LMT and my business partner, encouraged me, at the time, to look into the massage field. I toured several campuses in the Orlando area and easily decided on Central Florida School of Massage Therapy. The first person I met was Lindsay Manz. Lindsay makes the entire process so easy. She answered all of my questions and dealt with all of my concerns all-in-one tour. I felt super supported from the minute I walked in. I was thrilled to learn that this School offers a day and night program. This allowed me to continue to work my full-time job at Starbucks while getting this valuable education.

The night program is broken up into two semesters. This really allowed for the perfect learning environment for me. In the first semester we really broke down the fundamentals of the body, the science behind what we're doing, and basic massage. This semester was book heavy but with plenty of hands on fun to keep you focused. Second semester was a blast. We began to delve deeper into more modalities and more in-depth pathologies and contraindications. We also went through student clinic in the second semester which really gives you an idea of what working in the field will be like. I really enjoyed the clinic because it helped me to put all of the things I was learning together.

At the very beginning of my program I got into a car accident. I was left with herniated discs in my neck. I was experiencing chronic nerve pain constantly. All of my teachers and classmates were fabulous. I not only was supported through my education, but also through my injury. I was able to learn so much more about what was going on with me physically and it allowed other students to learn and grow as well. I wasn't sure I would physically ever be able to practice massage, but the education and support I received around this injury was so helpful that it actually made me a better therapist in the long run.

After I graduated I easily passed my board exams. Central Florida school of Massage Therapy not only prepares you for the actual field, but for the board exam beautifully.

After completing my boards I worked for a resort spa, a day spa, and a chiropractor. All for short periods of time, and all very valuable experiences. I easily discovered that working for myself would be the best option for me. That is one of the best things about this field there is a spot for everyone.

I love what I do, I am proud to have the business I have, and I am successful and happy. If not for the wonderful people and the superb education of Central Florida school of Massage Therapy I would not be living my dream.
